9.50 appointment with Roddy Pattison
Prescribed own painkillers and Lactose, hell I was bunged up with all the codine, Roddy had received a letter from Dr Palmer and just said,, Derek I'm really sorry, again indication that this was a SERIOUS ILLNESS, what could he say,,, he's a nice guy is Dr Roddy Pattison, a real Gent.
Frid 18th June
Started getting pains in my right calf muscle, just like cramp
Sun 20th.
Pains in my leg are getting worse, today is going to be a hard day, My Mum and Dad are returning from their holidays and I'm picking them up at the airport,, They still don't know about this so its going to be really hard telling them. ( Dad is 80 next month and Mum 77).
Lauren decided to come with us to meet them and also because its Fathers day, she wanted to be with me,,, I really hope that its not the last one we spend together.??
