Update time

After last weeks prodding poking and injections I thought how long till we get the final piece in the jigsaw and Jayne and I can try and plan what may be our last few months together, doing the things we had planned,, that trip up the west coast in a Big Motor home, showing her the sights I had promised her over the last 12 years,,,,,,,,,,,,NO,,, after last weeks scan on my leg I had to go back to PRI ( perth royal infirmary ) for a follow up scan, Yeah you guessed it,, now I've got a DVT (clot) in my leg and require daily injections in my stomach to try and remove it,,, what else is that big Bugger upstairs gonna throw at me,,, I'm not going to let him win,, not just yet, I've got too many things planned he'll just have to bide his time till I'm ready.
Most of the drugs that I was on have been changed ?? now I'm on Steriods, tramadol parecetamol, I'm like a walking chemist shop, and thats before they even start any treatment, Jayne now has to give me a Fragmin Injection in my stomach every day, I can see that she hates doing it, causing me pain but i has to be done, I love her so much XXXX
Now we are getting visits from Mcmillan Nurse Karen, she is a great relief to us,, explaining what/when etc etc nice to be able to talk to someone with a lot of experience in there matters.
As for support.......... Family, all our friends from the village, work collegues, you'll never realise how much this means to Jayne me and Lauren, But what else would I expect from GLENFARG, best thing we ever did was to move here, think some of my future plans about where I want to remain will be getting changed.
So for the moment thats where we're at, still awaiting prognosis, still fighting, still here.
