Went to see Dr Roddie Pattison and explained my symptoms, Roddy typically wanted to know all what was happening in the Airline industry, A bit about Roddy, Typical nice guy so laid back and a pleasure to have as a Doctor, even though the last time I had seen him was possibly 2 years previous, ( Remember I'm never ILL ) ...... After listening to me droan on about this burping/ farting and slight pain Roddy wants to give me an M.O.T
After his physical exam Roddy is concerned, your abdomen doesn't feel normal,, I'm taking some blood tests........ SHIT..... I hate needles a bit of a woos when it comes to pain , but Roddy knows best..... what feels like 5litres of blood are drained from me and sent for analysis, I explained to Roddy that if he was concerned that I also had BUPA cover just in case so he decided ro refer my case to them...........????? Hmm

Letter arrives from A Dr Palmer, Murryfield Hospital ( Edinburgh BUPA ) arranging for me to have a consultation with him at 4.30 on the 14th, jeeze Bupa works quickly........
Pain in my stomach is slightly worse and now getting a pain in my back, probably from too much work in the garden yesterday... Had one of Jaynes painkillers to ease the discomfort, dulls it a wee bit.

Early shift at work 5am start, Hell this pain was annoying me know,, more painkillers,,, eventually had to see the airport manager about 10 oclock and advise her I was heading home, I needed to lie down, much debate with her and shift manager about causes etc but to go home and rest, see how I felt next day, struggled to drive home, this pain in my back was getting worse, now I was really conserned, but once home and a nap I would feel better.........
